SWING

Swings a clock: delays every second pulse — the 'and' of each beat pair — by a fraction of the beat. swing 0 is straight, 1/3 a triplet swing (2:1), 1/2 a hard shuffle. Clock a sequencer THROUGH it and its groove swings.

The SWING card as vimsynth draws it: its title bar, 1 knobs, 2 inputs down the left edge and 1 outputs down the right
SWING on an empty rack — 32×12 cells, knobs at their defaults. Press a in the app and pick SWING to get this card.

inputs

Down the left edge of the card, top to bottom.

clktrigger
The straight clock to swing. It measures a beat before it can move one, so the first beat passes straight through.
resettrigger
Realigns the beat-pairs to the downbeat, so the delayed 'and' lands where you expect.

outputs

Down the right edge, in the same order.

clktrigger
The swung clock — the same pulses, every other one nudged late.

knobs

Left to right across the face — the dials in the picture.

swing0 … 0.75= 0.3
How far the off-beat is pushed late: 0 is straight, 1/3 a triplet swing, 1/2 a hard shuffle.

The full reference — every parameter curve, the patching notes and the worked examples — lives in the manual: docs.vimsynth.com/modules/swing. In the app itself, :help SWING opens the same page without leaving the rack.
